Switching questions
How long does a switch take?
The import itself takes minutes per file. Most of the time goes to choosing the exports and checking the preview, which we do with you.
Do we have to re-set up carrier downloads?
Download feeds are set up per carrier with each system. Until a carrier is connected, you can upload or forward its AL3 files and Emerald AMS matches them to your policies.
What if something doesn't map?
You see every record in the preview before anything is imported, so gaps get fixed first. Notes columns come across onto the client; anything you choose not to map stays in your original export.
Can we leave Emerald AMS later?
Yes. A full export of everything, including documents and call recordings, is one click and free. Your book is yours.
