Acceptable use policy

• Get the consent the law requires before calling or texting. Marketing texts and prerecorded or AI-voiced calls need prior express written consent.
• Honor STOP and other opt-out requests right away, follow quiet hours, and scrub against do-not-call lists.
• Identify your agency in every message. Marketing email must include your postal address and a working unsubscribe link.
• Do not send spam, purchased or scraped lists, phishing, or messages that hide who is sending them.
• Give call-recording notices and get consent where state law requires it.
• Follow carrier texting rules, including 10DLC and toll-free verification.

• Anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or discriminatory, including unfair discrimination in insurance.
• Rebating, inducements or misrepresentation that insurance law prohibits.
• Harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate images.
• Content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Fake reviews, review gating that hides negative feedback, or testimonials that aren't real.
• Selling insurance in a state where the producer isn't licensed or appointed.

• Don't try to access another agency's data, get around permissions, probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or overload the service.
• Don't share accounts. Every person needs their own login.
• Use the API, webhooks and MCP server within published rate limits.

• Don't use AI features to impersonate a real person or pretend Ivy is human.
• Review AI output before sending it to clients or using it to make decisions.
• Don't use AI features to generate prohibited content or to make decisions about people without human review.

If we learn of a violation, we may remove content, pause sending, suspend users or suspend the account, with notice where practical. We will tell you what happened and how to fix it. Serious or repeated violations can lead to termination under our Terms. To report abuse, email hello@emeraldams.com.
