Subscription terms

• Essentials: $99 per user per month
• Professional: $129 per user per month
• Premier: $149 per user per month

Plus usage for phone minutes, text messages, AI usage for Ivy and Jade, billed monthly at the per-unit rates shown in Settings → Billing before you use them. Taxes may be added where they apply. See Pricing.

• Plans are month-to-month. There is no long-term contract.
• Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same day of the month you started, and we charge the payment method on file for the next month's users plus the past month's usage, until you cancel.
• Add or remove users any time; the next bill follows the number of users.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices are in Settings → Billing → Manage billing.

• Online: go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing and choose Cancel plan. An agency owner or billing admin can do this.
• Or email hello@emeraldams.com from your account email and we will cancel for you.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. You keep access until then and won't be charged again, except for usage already incurred.
• Export your data for free before your access ends.

If we offer a free trial, we will show how long it lasts and the date of the first charge before it starts. You can cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

We will tell agency administrators at least 30 days before a price increase takes effect, in the app and by email. You can cancel before the new price applies.
