What is billed on usage?
Phone minutes, text messages and AI usage for Ivy and Jade. They're billed monthly at published per-unit rates, shown in your billing settings before you use them.
Can we get our data out?
Any time, free, in one click: every client, policy, document, call recording and message. We don't charge to let you leave.
We're switching from another AMS. What moves?
Clients, contacts, policies, coverages and notes import from AMS360, Applied Epic and TAM, EZLynx, HawkSoft and AgencyZoom exports, or any CSV. AL3 history imports too.
Do carrier downloads work?
Yes. AL3 files from your carriers are matched to your policies. Direct IVANS connection is in certification; until it's live you upload or forward the files.
We're a captive agency. Which plan?
Captive mode comes with every plan, including Essentials. It hides the downloads and accounting your carrier already handles.
Can we mix plans?
