The short version
emeraldams.com and the Emerald AMS app use only first-party cookies and browser storage that keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use advertising cookies, ad pixels, third-party analytics, heatmaps or session recording. Because nothing non-essential runs, we do not show a cookie banner, and nothing changes whether you accept, reject or send a Global Privacy Control signal.

Scripts agencies add to their own websites
Agencies can add these Emerald AMS scripts to their own websites. They do not run on emeraldams.com. The agency that runs the website is responsible for its own cookie notice and any consent it needs.
