Copyright and DMCA policy

Agencies can upload documents and files to Emerald AMS. If you believe something stored or shared through Emerald AMS infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
3. The material you want removed and enough information for us to find it (for example, a link).
4. Your name, address, phone number and email.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with your signature, the material removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the person who complained files a lawsuit.
