What happens next

We confirm we got your request by email right away, and reply within 45 days. If we need more time (up to 45 more days), we will tell you why.
To protect you, we verify your identity by matching what you give us with what we have. We may email your account address to confirm. For deletion and access requests we may ask for one more detail.
Authorized agents: tell us who you are acting for. We may ask for signed permission and may confirm directly with the person.
If your information is in an insurance agency's records, we pass your request to that agency, which decides how to respond, and we help it.
If we deny your request, we explain why, and you can appeal by choosing "Appeal" above.
