Terms of service

These terms cover your use of emeraldams.com and the Emerald AMS service provided by Emerald Beacon. Your agency's subscription agreement, if it has one, controls where it differs.
Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your agency's accounts and for keeping sign-in credentials and authenticator devices secure.
Your data
Your agency owns its data. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide and support the service. You can export it at any time, free of charge.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully, including insurance licensing, privacy, telemarketing (TCPA) and texting rules. Don't send messages without the consent the law requires, attempt to access other agencies' data, or disrupt the service.
AI features
Ivy and Jade are tools. They don't give coverage advice, bind coverage or act as a licensed agent; licensed decisions stay with your agency.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly per user, plus usage for phone minutes, texts and AI, at the rates shown in the app. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid month.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and improving. We may change features; we will give notice before removing anything your agency relies on.
Liability
The service is provided as is to the extent the law allows. Our total liability is limited to the fees your agency paid in the 12 months before the claim.
