Two kinds of data

Website data: what you tell us when you book a demo or email us (name, work email, phone, agency details) and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.

Agency data: the client, policy, call and message records your agency stores in Emerald AMS. Your agency controls this data; we process it on your agency's behalf to provide the service.

How we use it

To set up demos, answer questions and run the service your agency signs up for.

To secure the service, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your agency's client data to market to your clients.

AI features

Ivy and Jade process your agency's records to answer clients and staff. Their outputs are labeled in the app and logged on the client record.

Service providers

We use carefully chosen providers for hosting, telephony and texting, email delivery, payments and AI processing. They may process data only to provide their service to us.

Security and retention

Every account uses two-step sign-in, sensitive fields are encrypted, and access is logged. We keep agency data while the agency's account is active and as your agency directs; your agency can export everything at any time.

To access, correct or delete website data we hold about you, email hello@emeraldams.com. If you are a client of an agency that uses Emerald AMS, contact that agency about your records; we will help them respond.
